In a major BBC interview, the PM was asked four times about his future but batted away the questions by insisting he must wait for the result of the partygate police investigation before commenting.on the Sunday Morning Programme, Mr Johnson said he couldn’t answer the question but would ‘have a lot more to say in due course.’
The Prime Minister handed a legal questionnaire to police on Friday regarding claims that lockdown-busting parties were held in Downing Street. The content of his questionnaire response has not been made public. But he again claimed that he was constrained from making any public comment while the investigation is still active.
