LONDON — Boris Johnson will chart Britain’s post-coronavirus future — by dusting down his previous plan.
Johnson will bring forward £5 billion for hospital maintenance plans, as well as road and rail building, school refurbishment, prison upgrades and improvements to parks and high streets. He will promise to "build our way back to health," pledging to "build back better, build back greener, build back faster and to do that at the pace that this moment requires.”
