The first trailer for Bombshell gives us another look at the downfall of Roger Ailes, complete with a star-studded cast
as a fictional Fox News associate producer named Kayla Pospisil. Until Wednesday, the film’s title was unknown—and now it’s got not only a title, but an enticingly tense trailer to boot.
The trailer doesn’t give too much away; Lithgow’s Roger Ailes, for instance, remains to be seen. But weget to watch a very awkward elevator ride with Carlson, Kelly, and Pospisil all on board. “Hot in here,” Kidman’s Carlson tells an almost unrecognizable Theron as Kelly as she exits the elevator. A nervous-looking Pospisil exits with Carlson, leaving Theron’s Kelly to brood in their wake as the door closes.about her former boss’s alleged behavior in her 2016 memoir.
