Joshua Dean suffered numerous infections and a stroke after his health began rapidly deteriorating two weeks ago.

Dean was being represented by the same law firm that also represented Barnett before he died. Barnett, 62, was supposed to be in a deposition to answer questions related to a lawsuit against Boeing when he failed to show up to the meeting.
