The BMW shop said the pastry shop, roof contractor and bobcat driver failed in their duty that day last summer and he wants damages.
The bobcat and the driver plunged to the pastry shop below, where about 90 people worked, and the collapse left a hole nine by 12 metres, according to a news report at the time.
