The east coast duo Campbell and Johnston have never played in the Sault before, but are looking forward to it.In 2022, Campbell and Johnston released the acclaimed Black Market Band album.
It was the winner of “Blues Recording” of the Year at the 2022 East Coast Music Awards, an event they once again played this year. In addition to those two showcase performances at the ECMAs, Campbell was invited to perform at a legendary Canadian singer and songwriter’s special award ceremony. The event was a cap for Goodwyn’s 50+ year career, who recently announced his retirement from the much-beloved recording act.
