The Chicago Blackhawks scored a power-play goal to defeat the Vegas Golden Knights, handing them their first home loss of the season. The victory is a confidence boost for the young Blackhawks team, who had previously lost to the defending Stanley Cup champions.
The Blackhawks improved to 2 for 22 on road power plays this season. It was the first time Vegas allowed a power-play goal at home this season.
