Black Friday is always one of the best times of year to save money on a new TV. Historically, the deal holiday is known for all-time low prices on TVs from all the major brands, with some sets marked down by more than $1,000.
TV deals were also particularly enticing during Amazon's recent Prime Day event in October, so we're expecting similar if not better discounts across multiple retailers on Black Friday. Most notably, Amazon had Hisense's excellent midrange U7G QLED TV for just $700 and Sony's gorgeous 77-inch A80J OLED TV for 40% off.
Retailers are also known for offering budget TV models at exceptionally low prices during special Black Friday doorbuster and lightning deal promotions, and it's common to see at least one value-brand display get knocked down to under $100. Black Friday always falls on the Friday after Thanksgiving. This year, Black Friday will be on November 25, 2022.
