There are also someto check before you start. Sit or lie down, supported with a straight spine. Open your mouth wide as though you're biting into an apple, and breathe in, allowing your breath to fill up your whole body.
Allow the breath to come in and out in a circular rhythm. Repeat for a few minutes before building up to longer sessions.This is a great technique if your mind is racing or you feel like you’re in panic mode and want to focus and calm. Breath in through the nose for 4 counts, hold the breath for 7 counts and release through the nose for 8 counts. Repeat this pattern 10 times.If you’re tired and feel caught up in your thoughts this technique can really help.
