The Los Alamitos group is safety steward Jon White, steward Grant Baker, veterinarian Tim Grande, CHRB chief steward Darrel McHargue and Dr. Rick Arthur, chief equine veterinarian for the CHRB and UC Davis. McHargue will miss the first two days of the meeting. White is a contributor to the Los Angeles Times horse racing newsletter.
