A huge mixed-use development in South San Francisco that’s perched next to a BART station is pushing ahead now that the transit-oriented project has landed final city approvals.
Southline, a project being developed by an alliance of Bay Area development firm Lane Partners and a real estate unit of Wall Street behemoth Goldman Sachs, would bring modern office and life science buildings to South San Francisco.
