President Joe Biden nominated Michael Farbiarz and Superior Court Judge Robert Kirsch.
President Joe Biden on Wednesday moved to fill two U.S. District Court vacancies in New Jersey, nominating Port Authority general counsel Michael Farbiarz and state Superior Court Judge Robert Kirsch.
Kirsch has served as a Superior Court judge for Union County since 2010. He also was an assistant U.S. attorney, serving in the New Jersey office, and trial attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.called the two nominees “highly distinguished in their own right and outstanding public servants.”
