Among surgeries in and around Watford, Abbotswood Medical Centre patients, in Abbots Langley, had the best experience of booking appointments, followed by Suthergrey House and South Oxhey Surgery.
Patients recorded that it was easy to get through on the phone, with the GP ranking 2nd for this, after Suthergrey House in St Johns Road.Pathfinder Practice, in Oxhey Drive, was ranked as having the worst appointment times as well as having the hardest website to use.
