The dynamic duo of Federico Bernardeschi and Lorenzo Insigne continue to shine for Toronto FC.

The win against expansion side Charlotte improved TFC’s record to 33 points in 28 games , good enough for 10th place in the MLS Eastern Conference – three points out of a playoff spot with six games to play and three teams to jump ahead of. The Reds host the LA Galaxy on Wednesday night at BMO Field. The Galaxy is coached by former TFC manager Greg Vanney, who guided the Reds to the Domestic Treble in 2017 – the MLS Cup, the Canadian Championship and the MLS Supporters’ Shield.
