Joining president Jeremy Irons on the international jury is actress Bérénice Bejo , producer Bettina Brokemper , director Annemarie Jacir , plawright and director Kenneth Lonergan , actor Luca Marinelli and film critic and director Kleber Mendonça Filho .
The festival’s new competitive section Encounters will see Dominga Sotomayor , Eva Trobisch and Shôzô Ichiyama award three prizes: Best Film, Best Director and a Special Jury Award. The international short film jury will feature animation filmmaker Réka Bucsi , curator Fatma Çolakoğlu and filmmaker Lemohang Jeremiah Mosese.
