WATCH LIVE: The family of a Baytown woman who was reportedly killed by police in 2019 joins civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump as the trial for the accused officer continues.
According to investigators, Officer Juan Delacruz encountered 44-year-old Pamela Turner while on patrol and knew that she had warrants out for her arrest.
