BelowDeck Mediterranean's first captain, Mark Howard, has passed at the age of 65. 💔

As the captain of the first season of 'Below Deck Med,' he will always be remembered for his many contributions and mentorship and will forever remain part of the Bravo family.", the Fernandina Beach Police Department stated that Howard's wifefound his body on Oct. 27 after returning to their Florida home from a trip. The outlet obtained a police report stating that Howard seemed to have died several days prior to the discovery of his body.
