After reviewing weather reports the city subscribes to and observing the current weather, sidewalk conditions and road conditions, the City of Belleville wishes to declare the end of the significant weather event in accordance with the Minimum Maintenance Standards, Ont Reg. 239/02. The City of Quinte West noted in their press release that despite the lifting of the declaration, it does not mean that maintenance work is complete.
