Outage knocks out power to east Vancouver, Burnaby
A power outage due to a substation fault has hit east Vancouver and parts of Burnaby on Monday afternoon, affecting about 10,000 customers.Traffic along Renfrew was also affected due to downed traffic lights, forcing drivers to employ four-way stopping procedure.— Christopher Tang April 8, 2019@bchydro power outage in east 4th and Nanaimo st?
