‘Don’t storm off this time!’ - BBC Sunday Morning presenter Sophie Raworth issued some friendly advice to Piers Morgan ahead of his TalkTV debut.
The broadcaster appeared on the latest edition of the current affairs programme alongside economist Stephanie Flanders.
Sophie, who was slightly taken aback by the interruption, replied: ‘Hang on a minute, I was about to say good luck with your new venture.’ Piers, who laughed at the savage remark, said: ‘It’s actually Trump that does that,’ and later added: ‘I’ll do anything for ratings.’
