In desperate need of a positive charge during the entire month of April and much of early May, the Sox were energized by Gavin Sheets' 3-run homer, Jake Burger's 2-run shot and Luis Robert's solo home run in Tuesday night's series opener against the Guardians, an 8-3 win.
