Knudsen is the owner of The Dark Tickle company in St. Lunaire-Griquet, at the tip of the Northern Peninsula.
The company is well-known for its array of wild berry products, but it also offers boat tours to get up close and personal with icebergs as they make their southward journey from the Arctic.
