Sudbury & District Kennel Club hosts annual three-day dog show Sept. 15-17

If you want to see some of Canada’s best pooches, the place to be is Toe Blake Arena in Coniston from Sept. 15-17.The shows will feature more than 150 Canadian Kennel Club registered purebred show dogs from across Canada, all vying for championship titles and ranking points to determine Canada’s No. 1 dog.

“Spectators will have an opportunity to safe-distance mingle with the exhibitors, dog breeders and dogs while enjoying a great learning experience into the world of purebred dogs and dogs in general,” the kennel club said in a news release. Toe Blake Arena is located at 1 Government Rd. in Coniston. The show is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. all three days.

Entry is $5 per adult, and $2 for children . Entry for a family is $10. Seniors age 55 and over are free. Please note, humans are welcome, but pets are not.
