Three Six General and Pasta Factory join the Pearl food hall's restaurant lineup
Pearl's Food Hall at Bottling DepartmentThree Six General already has earned a following among Pearl Farmers Market fans. Founder Mattison Bills launched the business in 2019 in San Marcos with a lineup of locally sourced meats butchered in house, smoked meats, charcuterie and a selection of natural wines.
“I love San Antonio and am incredibly thankful to have the opportunity to be a part of this community,” Bills said in a media release.The operators of the other new concept, Pasta Factory, are no strangers to the Pearl's food hall. Wife-and-husband team Susana and Orlando Aguirre previously ran Chilaquil in the space, andThe couple's new venture leans heavily Italian, swapping the carby delights of tortillas for pasta.
