'We have been working diligently to try to build relationships with individuals to get them into housing, and we've been fairly successful,' Ravi Kahlon told Global News.
The Vancouver Park Board is tightening up its rules on 'sheltering' in city parks. As Andrea Macpherson reports, the changes come as more than a dozen people move back into crab park after a major clean-up of the tent encampment there – Apr 9, 2024
At one point, more than 100 people lived in the camp, until last month’s clean-up by the Vancouver Park Board, which ordered people who lived outside the court-protected area to leave.
