B.C. singer Alex Cuba has added \u0027Grammy Award winner\u0027 to his growing list of accomplishments.

Recorded at home amid the pandemic, Cuba says he hopes the 10-track album “inspires independent artists in Latin America to believe and follow their dreams.” “Music has won today, no marketing strategies or fashion trends,” Cuba said of the Grammy Award win for Mendó in the release. Cuba is also nominated for this year’s Juno Awards for Mendó in the Global Music Album of the Year category.
