Electric motorcycle maker to execute reverse merger with spinoff of American high tech company
A B.C. electric motorcycle maker will execute a reverse merger with a division of Inpixon , an American Internet of Things company, to create a new Nasdaq-listed company.
To date, Damon has raised $96 million in financing and has received $116 million in orders, the company says in a news release. The two companies now plan to create a new company through a reverse merger. Inpixon will spin off its data analytics and statistical visualization business, to be called Grafiti Holding Inc.
