Police, Coroner investigate drowning death at Cultus Lake
Paramedics and the Cultus Lake Fire Department responded to a report of a possible drowning at the popular swimming destination at around 3:10 p.m.
Cultus Lake Fire Department chief Warren Mazuren says the body was pulled from the lake by a bystander at Entrance Bay near the 2900-block of Columbia Valley Road. The Upper Fraser Valley RCMP, who provided air support in the search, say the drowning victim was an adult, but released no other information.
