National average price of homes is pushed up by Vancouver and Toronto\u0027s high prices.

In contrast, Greater Vancouver had the highest average price at $1,188,000, followed by Greater Toronto at $1,164,000. Sudbury, which had an average price of about $451,000 in May, has seen the most price growth this year, up nearly 18 per cent among the 50 municipalities.
