Blackwood, 27, has a 6-9-3 record with the Sharks this season, with a 3.00 goals-against average and .911 save percentage. Drafted 46th overall by the Detroit Red Wings in 2016, Smith has nine goals and 22 points in 161 career games split between the Red Wings, Florida Panthers and Sharks. Georgiev is on the final season of a three-year, $10.2 million deal with a cap hit of $3.4 million. He is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season.
