Astros pitching prospect Forrest Whitley left his start on Sunday at Class AAA Sugar Land after 20 pitches with an apparent injury.
Whitley collected five outs against the El Paso Chihuahuas at Constellation Field. He appeared to grimace after inducing a groundout during the second inning. Catcher Scott Manea called for the trainer and manager Mickey Storey shortly thereafter. Whitley exited alongside both men after a brief conversation.
