Ashley Graham has spoken out about the realities of postpartum recovery

In a post shared on Tuesday morning, the 32-year-old outlined her experiences with her body since giving birth to her son Isaac on January 18th. The new mum was pictured wearing a loose black crop top and light grey shorts with an accompanying caption that read: 'Raise your hand if you didn’t know you’d be changing your own diapers too. After all these years in fashion I never could’ve guessed that disposable underwear would be my favourite piece of clothing but here we are!
