Ashley Benson revealed this week how her mental health issues can sometimes take a physical toll on her.of herself showing off a rash all over her skin on Thursday.Benson filmed herself wearing only a white bath towel for the eight-second clip, while the song “Overwhelmed” by Royal & the Serpent played over it.
The lyrics of the track appropriately state, “I get overwhelmed so easily / my anxiety / creeps inside of me / makes it hard to breathe.”Benson’s fans flooded the comments section, applauding her for sharing her struggles. “this is real. makes me feel less alone,” one person wrote, while another commented, “This happens to me as well when I get anxiety.
