Osmel Lugo Gutierrez is being held in jail without bond in connection with the shooting, which occurred Saturday at a Publix supermarket in Coral Gables, Florida.
The shooting occurred at about 7 p.m. Saturday, the Herald reports. Police say the two men began arguing while waiting in line and that Gutierrez is accused of pulling out a handgun and shooting Franklyn Jose Pineyro, 49, once in the chest.
