In case you missed Apple’s big event this week, there’s a new iPhone coming for your wallet and aiming to make all those blurry concert Instagram Stories look a thousand times better with the new Night mode camera setting. Oh, speaking of the camera on the new iPhone 11, it’s really freaking terrifying. At least, it is to Twitter and anyone who is sensitive to small patterns or holes.
The feeling is called trypophobia, and it’s, well, if you know, you know, and you f*cking hate it. But if you don’t, here’s a quick definition: “Trypophobia is an aversion or fear of clusters of small holes, bumps, or patterns. When people see this type of cluster, they experience symptoms of disgust or fear. Examples of objects that might trigger a fear response include seeds pods or a close up image of someone’s pores.”A lot of times, people with trypophobia can experience feelings of revulsion, anxiety, fear, sweating, itching, vomiting, and emotional distress.
