Anti-abortion group commits $100K to Wisconsin Supreme Court race
A political action committee associated with Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America is dedicating six figures to mailers, phone calls, and text messages in support of Daniel Kelly, claiming that he has a"proven record of respecting life" after abortion rights group EMILY's List endorsed Janet Protasiewicz, a liberal candidate."We encourage Wisconsinites to show up to the polls next Tuesday to cast a vote for Justice Daniel Kelly.
Kelly previously served on the state Supreme Court from 2016 to 2020 before he lost his bid to keep his seat, vowing to prevent"judicial activism" if reelected. He is currently far outpaced in fundraising in the race that is gearing up to be one of the most expensive in state history.
