Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania certainly had a lot going on, but one of its overlooked characters might have a massive impact on the MCU's future.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania introduces several brand-new characters to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but one may be more important than he initially may seem. The third film in the Ant-Man trilogy marks the true beginning of Kang the Conqueror's reign over the multiverse, building up to the two-part finale event, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars.
More recently, Quasar became a member of the Annihilators, a team of cosmic space-based superheroes devoted to protecting the universe from its greatest threats. Among the members of the Annihilators are Adam Warlock, the Silver Surfer, Ronan the Accuser, Cosmo the Space Dog, and Beta Ray Bill, all of whom already exist in the MCU or are heavily rumored to make their debut within the next several years.
