PHOENIX — Triple-digit heat is back in the Valley, despite the calendar indicating it is the first week of the fall season.
Look for plenty of sunshine to start the new work week across the state. Temperatures, meanwhile, will continue to climb above 100 each day this week. In fact, Phoenix will get within a few degrees of record highs on Tuesday and Wednesday. A non-existent monsoon setup will keep rain and storm chances away this upcoming week. Sunshine and toasty temperatures will dominate.
