In a new interview with 'The Hollywood Reporter', Angelina Jolie opened up about not having many close friends and why that doesn't bother her.

She joined InStyle's digital team in 2017, and previously contributed to ELLE, T: The New York Times Style Magazine, and WWD.When asked which "close friend" she'd be calling in the early hours of the morning, Jolie responded: "I don't really have those kinds of relationships," adding: "Maybe it's losing your parent young. Maybe it's working.
But that doesn't mean that Jolie doesn't enjoy other people's company—quite the opposite, actually. Discussing what she likes to do to relax, thestar revealed, "If somebody wants to watch bad TV and order Thai food, I’m the first one to put the fuzzy socks on and sit next to them." She continued, "I like to be with people I love. I’m not somebody begging to be alone. I’m not that person that feels like, 'Oh, I wish I could just be alone so I could have my guilty pleasures.' Because usually my guilty pleasure is being with somebody. I love doing something that makes them happy. That really does make me happy.
"They are the closest people to me and my life, and they're my close friends," she said. "We're seven very different people, which is our strength.
