Andor writer, Beau Willimon, recently broke down Luthen Rael's pivotal scene in episode 10, "One Way Out." The latest Disney+ Star Wars show centers on Cassian Andor and his journey from lone smuggler to battle-hardened Rebel leader dedicated to overthrowing the totalitarian Galactic Empire. Stellan Skarsgård stars as Luthen, a Coruscant high society antiquities dealer who secretly runs a system of insurgent cells throughout the galaxy.
First of all, Stellan [Skarsgård] is as good as it gets. We didn't know that it was going to be Stellan when we were working on the initial scripts of that episode, so we got very lucky that he was willing to come on board and give life to those scenes and the story of that character.
