Fritz reportedly suffered a stroke last year and has had his share of struggles since.
The report said that a court papers said that “because of his stroke, Mr. Fritz’s decision-making capacity is so impaired that he is unable to care for his own safety or to provide for necessities such as food, shelter, clothing or medical care without which physical injury or illness may occur.”
The latest report says that a lawyer, appointed to Fritz by a court around the guardianship situation, has now filed a motion to approve his fees. The good news in the report is that the money the lawyer is asking to be paid is small — just $450 — along with $120 for a court appearance and $150 for reviews.
