Just two weeks ago, Delta said it would add flights from Miami to Orlando, Raleigh-Durham, Salt Lake City and Tampa. Flights begin by summer. The codeshare would enable American to sell tickets on GOL flights to destinations including Asuncion, Paraguay, and other cities in Brazil.
