Disney+ has released a new American Born Chinese teaser for the coming-of-age fantasy featuring Everything Everywhere All at Once stars.
teaser trailer for the upcoming coming-of-age fantasy dramedy centering around a high school student who suddenly gets caught in the middle of a battle between Chinese mythological gods. The series will be available for streaming on May 24.teaser gives us a preview of some of the show’s action sequences featuring Michelle Yeoh’s character Guanyin.
“It tells the story of Jin Wang, an average teenager juggling his high school social life with his home life,” reads the synopsis. “When he meets a new foreign student on the first day of the school year, even more worlds collide as Jin is unwittingly entangled in a battle of Chinese mythological gods.”
