Amber Heard looks uncomfortable as clinical psychologist reveals she suffers from TWO personality disorders
Johnny Depp's legal team called an expert witness, Dr. Shannon Curry, to the witness stand on the ninth day of his defamation trial Tuesday. The clinical and forensic psychologist was hired to review files in the case last year before being asked to conduct an evaluation on Amber Heard. Dr. Curry revealed she ultimately diagnosed Heard, 36, with Borderline Personality Disorder and Histrionic Personality Disorder.
The two disorders are found in people with patterns of emotional instability and attention-seeking behavior, among other traits. Dr. Curry said people with BPD tend to forge 'intensely, extremely close' relationships but those feelings towards their partners quickly deteriorate. Curry also testified that actress does not suffer post-traumatic stress disorder from her relationship with Depp, 58, as Heard has claimed.
