The first woman to become a two-division UFC champion, Nunes has fought as a featherweight just once in 16 octagon appearances since 2011. The 32-year-old Brazilian pulled off a stunning upset with her first-round KO victory over Cris Cyborg at UFC 232 that earned her the UFC featherweight crown, paying out on plus-160 odds.

The former Invicta FC women’s featherweight champion, Spencer makes her first bid for a UFC title sporting underdog plus-425 odds at. Born in Montreal, Spencer is coming off an opening-round TKO victory over Zarah Fairn Dos Santos at UFC Fight Night 169. The win came on the heels of her first defeat as a pro, a three-round unanimous decision loss to Cyborg at UFC 240 as a plus-325 underdog, and marked her second opening-round finish in three appearances since joining the UFC early last year.

Listed as a plus-120 underdog for Saturday night, Assuncao also has work to do to overcome a two-fight losing streak, capped by a three-round unanimous decision loss to Cory Sandhagen at UFC 241. Sandhagen returns to the octagon on Saturday as a narrow minus-110 underdog in his bantamweight clash with Aljamain Sterling, while Neil Magny battles fellow welterweight Anthony Rocco Martin as minus-145 chalk.
