Josiah Lamarion Jackson, 17, has been charged on suspicion of two counts of aggravated kidnapping in connection with the abduction of a man and woman, according to Harris County court records. Legal filings allege Jackson had been one of two people who allegedly abducted and planned to ransom a man and woman, Montes being the other.
