Vegas Golden Knights veteran defenseman Alex Pietrangelo has withdrawn from the 2025 4 Nations Face-Off to attend to an undisclosed ailment and prepare for the remainder of the season with the Golden Knights. The team announced Pietrangelo's withdrawal on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Sunday.Pietrangelo was one of seven Vegas Golden Knights players named to the four rosters for the tournament.
He was set to represent Canada alongside forwards Mark Stone and William Karlsson, defenseman Shea Theodore, and goaltender Adin Hill. Pietrangelo, 35, has played in 46 games for Vegas this season, contributing three goals and 25 points.
