The crew members were inside the church on Bonanza Creek Ranch in Oct. 2021 when a pistol Baldwin was aiming fired a real bullet, killing Halyna Hutchins.
All three claim they suffered “blast injuries” from the loud shot, while Curtin states Hutchins, 42, collapsed on the ground right in front of her.
“Plaintiff Curtin put her hands on Hutchins’ stomach, trying to find the source of Hutchins’ pain and figure out what was going on,” the suit states.The shooting took place in the church on Bonanza Creek Ranch in Santa Fe.“As the chaos continued, Plaintiff Curtin was ushered out of the church. Once outside, she collapsed from the effects of the blast and the shock of the shooting.
The filing also cites allegations the “30 Rock” actor, 64, negligently did not pay attention during weapons training and failed to ensure that the gun was not loaded before discharging a round.
