Taking to Instagram shortly after Hutchins’ family announced they are suing him, the 30 Rock actor posted a video on his grid of a sign that read: ‘Everything is going to be alright.
In a video presented on Tuesday at the press conference, the Hutchins’ lawyers alleged that Baldwin had turned down training for the specific kind of gun draw he was filming that day on set. Complaints of a ‘super unsafe’ set made by workers were also referenced, after three alleged unsafe weapons discharges prior to October 21.It was claimed that Baldwin and the Rust production disregarded at least 15 industry standards, including failure to use a replica or rubber prop gun, alleged failure to keep finger off the trigger, and failure to keep all personnel on set a safe distance from the weapon firing area.
