Drayton Valley, Brazeau County and Fox Creek were all evacuated last week as well, with many of the evacuees seeking refuge at the Edmonton Expo Centre.Calgary has now opened a reception centre and is accepting evacuees on Monday. The reception centre is located at Stampede Park at 2200 Stampede Trail S.E. and support staff will be on site to find accommodations through hotels.
